Luxury press-ons, collector editions, custom mirrors, and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

If approved, besitos may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion.
